Sorry, we don't accept checks, chickens or lottery tickets.
 
If you are selling to us, we are happy to credit your sale against your same-day purchase.  You will save the 8.25% Texas state sales tax on the amount of the applicable credit!  We call that a TRADE and you get to pocket an extra savings from the government.  Pretty cool, huh?
 

 

Our Return Policies

 

Although most recycled clothing stores will not accept returns, at Plato's Closet we accept return merchandise and refund your money under these conditions:

• It is regular clothing merchandise (sorry, we cannot accept returns on shoes, bags, jewelry, accessories or belts; or items sold as clearance or discounted items)
• It is returned within 7 days of purchase
• The original Plato's Closet tags must remain attached to the garment.
• You bring the original receipt and make it available for our staff to review.
• We refund your money against  the original payment method. If you paid in cash, we will refund  you in cash.   If you used a credit or debit card to purchase your items, please have the original card available for us to process the refund credit to your card.  Sorry, we cannot refund cash on a credit card purchase.

• Customer Service Staff
